The Wound Care Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through the coordination of the interdisciplinary wound care program and oversight of the care provided. Develops, monitors and adapts individualized treatment plans based on recognized treatment protocols and current standards of practice. Works in collaboration with the Wound Care Team Members and any other direct care givers to assure that the treatment plan is carried out.

Requirements

Nursing Degree
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
3 Years of RN experience

Responsibilities

Delivery of quality patient care through the coordination of the interdisciplinary wound care program and oversight of the care provided.
Develops, monitors and adapts individualized treatment plans based on recognized treatment protocols and current standards of practice.
Works in collaboration with the Wound Care Team Members and any other direct care givers to assure that the treatment plan is carried out.
