As a House Supervisor (RN) for Behavioral Health, you will be a trusted partner in our patients’ recovery journeys. You will assist administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the provision of quality general and psychiatric care to patients suffering from substance abuse or psychiatric disorders. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing areas and assist department managers with scheduling, education, and discipline of staff when needed. This role involves direct patient care, education and training, and participation in departmental and hospital meetings as assigned. You will review documentation and work with staff to ensure that documentation is timely, accurate, and complete. The House Supervisor may also serve as a working RN and routinely execute nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan. Your skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.
