About The Position

ABL Healthcare and ABL Hospice are trusted providers of home healthcare and hospice services, dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and support for both patients and their families. They are seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to join their Hospice team as a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in San Francisco County and San Mateo County. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. The position involves evaluating patients’ health, creating and implementing care plans, and tracking their progress to maintain the highest standards of care. The RN will work closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) License to practice in California - Required
Experience in Hospice or Hospice care - 2 Year Required
Current CA Driver’s License
Able to travel within a 15 - 25 mile radius on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following the patient’s individualized care plan, in coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and report signs/symptoms signaling a change in patient condition to Physician, Case Manager, and/or as needed Director of Nursing.
Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy using a company-provided device.
Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
