Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice PRN/Per Diem

We are seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice RN to provide hospice nursing care through home visits and facility visits in Walnut Cove and surrounding communities. Requirements
- Current RN license
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to travel within assigned service areas
- Annual flu vaccination is a condition of employment unless an employee qualifies for a medical or religious exemption.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patients’ homes or residential facilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered support to patients and families
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice care team
- Support comfort, dignity, and quality of life throughout the care journey
