Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to provide advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Proficiency in electronic charting using Statewise.
• Willingness to work in a home care environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with clients requiring advanced care.
• Familiarity with Statewise charting system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Provide advanced care including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Communicate with clients and provide care in their homes.
