Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to provide advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Proficiency in Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Willingness to work in clients' homes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one care to clients.
• Perform advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Utilize Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Provide care in clients' homes.
