About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring RNs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The schedule is flexible, allowing time for other pursuits.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent
- Newly licensed grads encouraged to apply - paid mentorship offered
