As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways: Assessing patients to determine their care needs. Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments. Protecting patient and staff privacy in accordance with HIPAA. Providing nursing care according to the plan of care and physician orders. Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the care team. Educating patients and families on their care and safety. Taking appropriate action when patient conditions change. Helping ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.

Requirements

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
