About The Position

The Visiting Nurse Association provides a range of home health care services to patients of all ages-- from infants to the elderly--in the comfort of their own homes. With services available in both Iowa and Illinois, we work with patients, families, physicians, and other community agencies to provide the care that you need in your home. As a Home Health RN at MercyOne, you will provide direct nursing care and case management for homecare patients utilizing the nursing process. You will also delegate to and supervise home care aides as required by Iowa and Illinois Nursing.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support Training
- Registered Nurse in Iowa & Illinois
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance-Genesis minimum limits required
- More than 2 years experience required

- Baccalaureate in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Provides direct nursing care and case management for homecare patients utilizing the nursing process.
