About The Position
Comfort Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in the Arlington/Winchester/Lexington/Waltham area, working a morning weekday shift. This role offers a competitive base salary, an uncapped incentive plan, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- One year of nursing experience.
- A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
Nice To Haves
- Home health or psych nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient's current condition, medical needs, and overall well-being during each visit.
- Create and modify patient care plans based on their needs and adjust care as conditions change.
- Teach and support patients, whether it's medication guidance for psychiatric patients or wound care for post-op patients, to help them stay independent at home.
- Communicate and coordinate with providers, families, and care teams to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
- Document patient visit notes accurately from home for compliance and continuity of care.
