About The Position

Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of the patients' homes, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They need strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. HealthFlex Assist is a dedicated in-house resource for all administrative duties, allowing nurses to focus on patient care. Extensive documentation services, including quality assurance support and transcription, are provided to minimize the burden of time spent documenting. To minimize drive time, nurses are provided with a territory radius of 5-10 miles, depending on location. The agency values work-life balance with flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing one's own hours. A structured and ongoing training program is provided to develop skills and allow for industry-leading patient care. Requirements

• Current and unrestricted CA RN License
• 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
