About The Position
Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in patients’ homes. They conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor health, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain records, offer support, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role calls for strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. HealthFlex provides administrative and documentation support, including quality assurance, transcription, and assistance getting OASIS documentation started. The position has a territory radius of 5–10 miles, depending on location, and offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in managing hours. Nurses receive individualized, structured, ongoing training and may pursue advancement opportunities in precepting, clinical education, and clinical leadership. The company also provides documentation and technology solutions to streamline communication.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted California RN license.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
- Current AHA CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
