Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to provide one-on-one care.
• Proficiency in electronic charting.
• Willingness to care for clients with advanced needs including tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health care.
• Familiarity with Statewise charting system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care to clients.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
