Requirements

• Current valid nursing license
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR Card
• Screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one care
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels
• Manage advanced care needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management
