About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our General Medicine teams. The RN will provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will practice at the highest level of their nursing licensure, coordinate patient care across the continuum, support patients and families, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state of practice.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification prior to the start date.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred.
  • Previous RN experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • New graduate RNs are welcome to apply.
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.
  • Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Monitor patients' physical, psychological, and emotional needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Coordinate care across the healthcare continuum.
  • Advocate for patients and their caregivers to promote positive health outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation.
  • Protect the confidentiality and privacy of patient medical records.
  • Exercise appropriate clinical judgment and make autonomous decisions within the scope of RN licensure.
  • Delegate appropriate responsibilities based on the knowledge, skills, and competency of other team members.
  • Promote a compassionate, service-oriented environment for patients and families.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, medications, and ongoing care needs.
  • Assist with the orientation, training, and mentoring of new staff and assigned team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.
  • Follow evidence-based nursing practices and promote clinical excellence.
  • Support cost-effective practices and responsible use of healthcare resources without compromising patient care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Follow organizational policies, procedures, protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with changes in nursing practice, accreditation standards, regulations, and patient safety requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly compensation of $32.61–$49.28.
  • $4.00/hour night shift differential.
  • $3.25/hour weekend differential.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $12,500 for new graduates.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for RNs with 1+ year of experience.
  • Relocation assistance may be available based on individual circumstances.
