About The Position

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing complex home care services to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients transitioning to home-based care while supporting a variety of skilled nursing needs. This position requires prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care. Requirements

Current license as a Registered Nurse
NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
Hold current CPR certification
Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
Commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable
