About The Position

This Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool position supports both Mother-Baby and Labor & Delivery units. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The RN will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum one year of Mother-Baby and L&D experience required

Nice To Haves

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Recommended within 6 months of hire or per local or site-specific policy of standard of care.
