About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced RN Float Pool nurse to provide patient care across multiple hospital units in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care.
Requirements
- Active RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- Nursing Diploma required
- Acute care experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Float Pool experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Administer medications and treatments
- Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Respond to emergencies and maintain patient safety
- Use effective communication methods including SBAR
