Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
• Experience: None
• License: Registered Nurse
• Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• Certifications: ACLS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
• Certifications: CPI (within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications: NIH STROKE (within 60 days of hire)
• Certifications: PALS INEXPERIENCED: (WITHIN 90 DAYS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER) (EXPERIENCED: AT HIRE OR TRANSFER)
• Certifications: TNCC INEXPERIENCED: (WITHIN 2 YEARS OF HIRE OR TRANSFER)

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
