About The Position
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join its dynamic Endoscopy team. The hospital is a top-ranked 182-bed acute care community hospital serving Northern Virginia, committed to providing safe care and excellent service. The Endoscopy Lab performs a comprehensive range of procedures, including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Endo Bariatric procedures, and Endoscopic Ultrasound Procedures, with over 9,000 procedures performed annually utilizing the latest technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year (RN) nursing experience.
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate Degree (ADN), must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
- BLS Healthcare Provider Certification issued by the AHA required at hire.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years inpatient RN experience to include step down, IMC or telemetry experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the Endoscopy team.
- Perform a comprehensive range of procedures.
- Implement the latest Endoscopy Technologies.
- Be available for weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call duties.
