Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within the 3 Procedure Room Endoscopy unit. This role focuses on caring for the intraoperative patient population, excluding pre-operative and post-anesthesia care. The position offers opportunities for professional development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, eligibility for up to $6,000 annually, and involvement in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year(s) of recent Endoscopy Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Caring for the intraoperative patient population within the 3 Procedure Room Endoscopy unit.
- Being an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Participating in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
