The nurse will administer medications, treatments, and therapies, communicate effectively with patients, and provide education to patients and their families. Accurate documentation of all care provided is essential. Additionally, the role includes maintaining facility equipment and supplies, assisting with new employee orientation, coordinating department operations, and participating in performance improvement activities.
