About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking to hire experienced Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Bakersfield, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The position involves night shifts, working 3 x 12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30. Computer charting is done via Epic.
Requirements
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification by the American Heart Association
- PALS certification by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
- Document patient care using the Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care.
