About The Position

The UH Cleveland Medical Center ED is a Level 1 Trauma Center, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center, with 45 beds including 4 trauma bays. This position is for a New Grad RN and offers a supportive, education-focused culture within an Academic/Teaching Hospital. The facility is Magnet Recognized and provides a Nurse Residency Program to assist in Transition To Practice. Requirements

Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.

Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
