The Sentara Princess Anne Hospital provides exceptional emergency care to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week with expert staff, cutting-edge technology and specialty services. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering treatments, and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- ADN required
- Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- 2 years Nursing Experience in a hospital setting
Nice To Haves
- BSN or higher preferred
- ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire
- RN Experience in the ED highly preferred
