Requirements

Valid NYS RN license
3-5 Years related experience in Long term care facility as staff development coordinator
Strong communication skills
Group and curriculum development skills required
Familiarity with DOH regulations and survey preparation
Knowledge of word, excel and general computer skills required
Must enjoy teaching and be comfortable working with staff at all levels
