About The Position

Bring your passion to Texas Health where we are Better +Together. This Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis position is located at Texas Health Cleburne, 201 Walls Dr., Cleburne, TX 76033. The role requires at least 1 shift per six-week schedule and flexibility in scheduling, as start times can range from 7 AM to 10:30 AM. Weekend and after-hours call are required due to emergent dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. The department highlights include a Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and an engaged leadership team, along with a great partnership with the physician group.

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or Nursing Diploma required
1+ years experience as a clinical nurse required
BLS – prior to providing independent care and maintained quarterly

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
2+ years of Acute Dialysis experience in both Hemo and Peritoneal strongly preferred
ACLS –within 90 days preferred
CPI – within 90 days preferred

Responsibilities

Provide dialysis treatments, including emergent dialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs, including weekends and after-hours call.
Deliver high-quality patient care through nursing education, research, and innovations.
Participate in the Unit Based Council (UBC).
