About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team on a 16-bed unit. You will provide care and treatment to Cardiothoracic Intensive Care patients, significantly impacting their patient experience. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to $6,000 annually). You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and advancing through the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• ACLS

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
