About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU) at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within a 16-bed unit. This full-time night shift position involves caring for the cardiothoracic intensive care patient population. The role offers opportunities for career development through a Tuition Reimbursement Program (up to $6,000 annually), engagement in hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
