About The Position

The RN ED Clinical Resource Team (CRT) Float Pool provides professional nursing care services to patients ranging from 0 through adult. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. This role requires the knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate to the ages served (0 - adult). Registered Professional Nurses at OSF HealthCare are licensed professionals empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve.

Requirements

• RN-Registered Nurse license
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS - American Heart Association certification
• 2 years overall nursing experience
• 1 year current experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired for
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Nursing degree
