About The Position

Excel Staffing Solutions is expanding its nursing team for a staffing opportunity with a Chemung County nursing facility. They are seeking dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in flexible agency work with the potential for ongoing and consistent scheduling based on facility needs. They are actively recruiting and onboarding nurses to build a credentialed team ready to work as shifts become available.

Requirements

• Current New York State RN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Dependable attendance and professional communication
• Ability to complete all required credentialing and facility onboarding

Nice To Haves

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred
• RNs who can commit to evenings, nights, weekends, or multiple shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Resident assessment and clinical monitoring
• Medication administration and treatments
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff
• Responding to changes in resident condition
• Documentation and care planning
• Communicating with providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
