About The Position

Responsible for managing patient care activities, including reviewing clinical information, communicating results, coordinating follow-up care, and providing education on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle considerations. Collaborates closely with providers to support safe, effective care delivery while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. Assists with clinic operations, patient communication, and care coordination, participates in quality improvement efforts, and performs additional duties as assigned. This position is located at the Sunview Campus. You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
