About The Position

We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to administer influenza vaccines at onsite corporate clinics in New York City and Tarrytown. These are organized, one-day assignments serving employees in professional office environments.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted New York Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Recent vaccine-administration experience.
• Comfort working independently in an onsite corporate clinic.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-service skills.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic location selected.
• Ability to bring a laptop or tablet when required for clinic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review screening and consent information with each patient.
• Administer influenza vaccines and, when scheduled, COVID-19 vaccines under applicable orders and protocols.
• Document vaccinations accurately in the required system.
• Monitor patients and respond appropriately to adverse reactions.
• Follow vaccine-handling, infection-control, safety, and patient-privacy requirements.
• Help maintain an efficient and professional patient flow.
