About The Position

Atrium One Health Primary Care of Mocksville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full-time. This role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards. The RN Clinical Lead will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to lead efforts in creating the safest patient environment and the best patient experience. The position is located in Mocksville, within a rural community, and the clinic offers services including Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Rheumatology, and mental health services. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current certification in BLS required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
