Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.

- Previous acute care experience
Responsibilities
- The Float RN will go to units that are in staffing needs.
- Accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
