About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager to join a leading acute care hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers the opportunity to work in a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility known for high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Active Alaska RN License (Required for submission)
- Minimum 1 year of RN Case Management experience
- Acute care experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS Certification required

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care plans
- Perform utilization review and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
