About The Position
Arise CareStaff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Paramount, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The role involves computer charting using Epic. The shift is a Day shift (5x8 Hours) from 08:00 to 16:30.
Requirements
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
- Experience in a LTAC or STACH setting
- Experience with MCG
- Experience with discharge planning across acute care settings
- Strong IDT collaboration skills
