Case Managers work to ensure our patients are provided cost-effective care in the most clinically appropriate setting by collaborating with the patient, patient's family, physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and payor representatives. The role of the Case Manager helps to ensure our patients receive high-quality care that is truly reflective of the services and care they need to heal.
