Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiology Clinic
About The Position
This position is based at the Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Offices- 2801 W Kinnickinnic River Parkway in Milwaukee, WI with travel required as need to other Cardiology Clinics such as West Allis, Sinai, Grafton or Summit. This role will mainly support Dr. Bajwa, a highly experienced, board-certified cardiologist practicing for over 40 years. Dr. Bajwa focuses heavily on treating complex heart conditions using advanced, minimally invasive techniques exclusively treating adult patients with personalized treatment paths. The Cardiology Clinic at Aurora’s St. Luke’s Medical Center offers a blend of world-class clinical reputation, fast-paced hands-on experience and competitive benefits. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience and/or cardiology experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
