Requirements

  • Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • As Needed/Per Diem position with anticipated schedule of 1-2 consistent days per week, along with opportunities to pick up additional hours within Cardiology as needed.
  • Primary location for the role will be St. Luke’s clinic (2801 W Kinnickinnic River Pkwy.) with occasional travel to outreach sites within 10 miles such as Greenfield, West Allis, New Berlin, Oak Creek and Franklin. based on departmental needs.
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
