About The Position

This is a full-time on-site clinic position supporting the Electrophysiology Providers. The nurse will assist with phone triage, in-basket coverage for messages, test results, refills, respond to medical emergencies, prep clinic office patient visits. The Cardiology clinic within the St. Luke’s medical offices are part of the premier, nationally recognized centers for heart rhythm disorders. These clinics specialize in diagnosing and treating all types of heart and vascular conditions and are staffed by board-certified cardiac electrophysiologists and the facility is home to groundbreaking diagnostic and treatment techniques, including innovative hybrid ablation procedures and 4-D ultrasound imaging. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred
  • Experienced candidates preferred
