About The Position

This position is part of the Weekend Program, requiring two 12‑hour shifts per week. Shift combinations may include Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday, or Friday/Sunday, depending on departmental needs. Team members are eligible for a Weekend Program differential in addition to their base pay and may take one weekend off per quarter. This role is a day shift position (07:00–19:30). Holiday work requirements will be determined based on departmental needs and the current holiday rotation schedule. RNs with experience preferred. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves
