More about our team To better serve our community, we are expanding our inpatient capacity from 48 to 72 beds. This growth allows us to welcome more individuals into our specialized, comfortable healing spaces. How you’ll contribute: A BH RN who excels in this role: Will assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies. Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician. RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients. Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

Requirements

  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of employment
  • De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies.
