About The Position
Urology Specialists of the Carolinas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in a unique role supporting both their APCC satellite locations and growing clinical research program. This position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on patient care while also gaining experience supporting clinical research. Requirements
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
- A flexible, team-oriented RN who enjoys variety and working in a collaborative environment.
Nice To Haves
- IV and venipuncture experience preferred.
- Clinical research experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and support at APCC satellite locations.
- Perform assessments, IV insertion, venipuncture, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education.
- Assist physicians and APPs with procedures, treatments, and care coordination.
- Support clinical research visits, protocol-required procedures, treatments, specimen collection, and documentation.
- Collaborate with providers, research coordinators, pharmacy, laboratory, and other members of the care team.
- Travel between APCC satellite locations as needed.
