About The Position
Atrium Centers is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, quality care at an 87-bed facility in West Salem, Wisconsin. Nurses administer medications and treatments, provide care according to individualized resident care plans, maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control procedures, and work with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes. The facility offers full-time and part-time opportunities, including 1st- and 2nd-shift options and specified weekend schedules. Requirements
- Must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
- Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations.
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
- Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs.
- Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports.
- Comply with all infection control policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes.
