Our Same Day Surgery/ Ambulatory Surgery Center is a 13 bed suite operating Monday-Friday. On call required, nights, weekends, holidays. Our Same Day Surgery RN's prepare patients for ambulatory surgery (pre-operative) and recovers patients following ambulatory surgical procedures(post-operative). Requirements

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ambulatory surgery (pre-operative)
• Recover patients following ambulatory surgical procedures (post-operative)
