Requirements

  • Educational Requirement: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years
  • Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience
  • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Leadership in Patient Care: You will organize and oversee patient care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure the facility’s adherence to the requirements set forth by the Joint Commission and other relevant federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
