Position Summary The Registered Nurse works in conjunction with the team including: APRN, MA, and staff to organize and manage the system of organizing medications, administering medication; coordinating with pharmacy, drawing labs, coordinating with other medical specialties; and provide a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. In addition, the RN oversees coordination of clients’ primary care needs—including referrals, communication with primary care providers, and follow-up recommendations—and works closely with the MA to ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks and continuity of care.
