About The Position

Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, adhering to established organizational policies, protocols, and care plans. Monitor patient condition, record physiological changes, and assist in implementing physician and nursing orders while accurately documenting clinical needs. Timely report pertinent patient observations and changes in condition to the preceptor, RNs, and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. Actively participate in transition-to-practice programs to strengthen clinical judgment and deliver safe, competent, person-centered care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date registered. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
RN licensure for one year or less
