About The Position

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Nurse Residency Program. This 9-month program is designed for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience, offering structured guidance and support to begin a career in rehabilitation nursing. The program includes extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence-based project to ensure long-term success. Requirements

• Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in patients’ recoveries by providing individualized, compassionate care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
